Email support@trykeepitdown.com within 60 days of your order arriving and we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. You do not need to return anything. Refunds normally appear in 5 to 7 business days.
Damaged, wrong or missing
Email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace it or refund it, our cost either way.

Email us and we will stop the order if it has not left yet.
Shipping
We pack orders in one to two business days and email tracking as soon as your order leaves us. Three tubes ship free. A single tube ships at a flat rate you will see before you pay.
